Arbitration

We act in commercial arbitrations conducted under the Arbitration Act of Zambia and under leading institutional rules including those of the ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. We also serve as arbitrators in suitable matters.

Mediation & Negotiated Settlement

Litigation is rarely the most efficient path. Where appropriate we guide clients through structured mediation and direct negotiation, often achieving outcomes that preserve commercial relationships and avoid the cost and delay of trial.
