Mr. James Mataliro is the Managing Partner of James & Doris Legal Practitioners with more than 11 years of bar qualification experience. He brings vast experience and skills from both public and private sector practice, with proven capability in crime investigations and prosecutions, legal drafting, research, and rendering of legal opinions.

Civil Litigation

He has wide experience in civil litigation involving suits for and against the government, acquired through long-time handling of civil matters at Attorney General's Chambers and as a private legal practitioner.

Corporate Governance & Public Service

He has sat on the Occupational Health Safety Institute as a Board Secretary for over five years, earning him vast corporate governance skills and experience. He is a Committee Member for the Ministerial Audit Committee and a member of the Law Association of Zambia Council.
