Service Offerings

Monthly Retainers

We offer monthly retainers under which a fixed fee covers a designated scope of services such as company secretarial, contract review and operational legal advisory. These engagements are continuous and may be renewed annually or varied by agreement.

Defined Engagements

For clients who require legal support on a single, specific corporate task, a negotiation, an acquisition, a topic-based legal opinion, we offer instruction-specific engagements with clearly scoped deliverables.

Company Secretarial

Maintenance of statutory registers, filing of annual returns at PACRA, board meeting support and resolution drafting. We act as company secretary for a number of Zambian and foreign-owned entities.
